Refund/Return policy

Thank you for buying StoxMaster's course . We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course from StoxMaster, you automatically agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and the conditions covered below.


Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that you can change your mind. If the cancellation is done by the customer within 24hrs of successful payment for StoxMaster's course then fee paid can be refunded deducting just the payment gateway charges. If the cancellation is done by the customer after 24hrs from the successful payment, no refund will be made under any circumstances.


Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by online within 30 days after intimation by the customer.


Refunds: Renewal Payments

After completing 1 year at StoxMaster, Existing Customers are eligible to renew for StoxMaster's Yearly Membership. If after successful payment, Customer changes his/her mind than he/she will be not be eligible for refunds in any scenario.


Refunds: Violation

If you are found violating StoxMaster’s Policy, then StoxMaster reserves full authority to permanently ban such members from stoxmaster’s learning platform and all groups/channels without any prior warning. Stoxmaster has no refund policy so such suspicious members who are in violation of our policy are not eligible for any refunds under any circumstances.


Refunds: Membership Transfer

StoxMaster doesn't allow membership transfer to others in any scenario. If you wish to discontinue stoxmaster course or transfer the membership, No refunds will be provided.
